Refund policy

Returns & Refunds (Kuwait)

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something is not right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation)

  • Return request must be approved before sending

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable or customized items

  • Gift cards and sale items

Damaged or incorrect orders:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Banks may require additional time to process.

Change of mind:
Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns and may be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. If already shipped, the item must be returned as per this policy.
